(and why education is so important)

This poor woman went to the hairdressers asking for one thing and came out not only with what she didn't request but some of the worst customer service imaginable.

What she was given was clearly a case of money hungry business owners happy to throw staff in the deep end without educating them first, and this poor client paid the price ( in more ways than one ).

Always have a look at google reviews before entering a salon to see if it sounds like the sort of place you want to visit, and even request a consultation from the hairdresser or colourist before booking in to see them. If you don't

feel comfortable with what they are suggesting or how confident they are coming across, don't feel obliged to book in. Or it could end up looking like this!!
