When we have finished discussing what we are going to do with your hair, I quote you there and then. There are never any nasty surprises at the reception when paying, no extra charge for your colour toner or conditioning treatment, no surcharge for using your own credit or debit card, whatever I quote is what your bill will be.
I recommend booking in for a complimentary consultation prior to your first hair appointment. Whether it is a haircut, colour and blowdry, highlights, tint, balayage or whatever service you are looking for, your consultation will take 15 minutes approximately. In this time I discuss with you what style/look you are looking for, how often you normally get your hair done, what condition your hair is in and what outcomes you desire. If you cannot get here for a consultation prior to your hair appointment please do not worry, I always allow the extra 15minutes to your hair appointment to help you get the best result for your hair.
